180 new multi-family dwellings are proposed on a 24.7-acre site located on Holly Tree Road. Over half of the area will be reserved for open space, walking trails, and preservation of natural resources.
A 6,490-sf. Sheetz store will be constructed as Phase 1 of the larger project on a gravel parking lot located at the southeastern corner of Lancaster Road and Anthony Drive. A shopping center will be built on the remainder of the 16.26-acre site as part of a later phase(s). According to the Preliminary Plan, the shopping center will include a bank (3,045 sf.), restaurant (6,400 sf.), two retail buildings (6,400 & 35,500 sf.), and a hotel (13,400 sf. footprint, multiple stories).
